1. Service and scope

CarAuctionGuess (the Service) is an online entertainment game in which users estimate or compare recorded car auction selling prices, participate in game modes and challenges, earn game progress and virtual items, and may buy optional digital products or PRO access. These Terms govern your use of the Service, whether as a guest or registered user, alongside our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms to the extent a legally valid agreement is formed. Before any paid order, we display the essential product features, total price, currency, recurring nature (if any), duration and applicable withdrawal information. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Only purchases are restricted to people 18 years or older; free gameplay and account creation are not subject to a blanket 18+ rule. Minors must comply with applicable legal capacity and parental authorization requirements. You must provide information reasonably needed to maintain the account and may use supported Google, email or guest entry. You are responsible for account credentials and activity, except where caused by our fault or legal responsibility. Do not share or sell your account or impersonate others. We may provide account recovery and linking subject to identity verification. Guest progress may be lost if guest credentials or device storage are removed before linking to an account.

3. Usernames, profiles and public visibility

Usernames must contain 3–20 letters, numbers or underscores, must begin with a letter or digit, and must be unique case-insensitively. We may reserve misleading, infringing, abusive or official-sounding names. An automatically assigned username may be changed once immediately; subsequent voluntary changes are limited to one every 14 days, subject to implemented functionality. We may change a username where necessary to resolve legal, impersonation or safety concerns, notifying the player where appropriate. Public profile features may display selected country, username, avatar, level, achievements and game scores. Do not publish personal contact details in public profile fields.

4. Game modes and scoring

The Service may offer Quick Guess, Friends Duel, Higher or Lower, Price Lineup, Match the Price, Daily Auction Challenge and other clearly described modes. Mode rules, scoring, time limits, daily FREE allowances, rewarded sessions and ranking eligibility are displayed in the relevant game screens. These details may be adjusted prospectively for fair play, balance, security and technical reasons, subject to Section 13 and applicable consumer rights. We do not guarantee the availability of particular vehicle records or that all game sessions will receive currency rewards.

Auction vehicle information is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Where we describe historical sales, we strive to use genuine recorded transaction data; however, auction records may contain errors or omissions and prices do not represent current valuations, offers, investment advice or appraisals.

5. Simulated rivals and rankings

Some game modes or sections include computer-controlled simulated rivals. Their usernames, countries, avatars, levels and scores may be fictional or generated. They are not accounts held by human users. The user interface will identify simulated competition appropriately. Official rewards or competition claims involving real users will not quietly treat simulated participants as real people. Rankings may be world-wide, country-specific, friends-only, accuracy-based, weekly or all-time; eligibility criteria and ranking periods will be shown in the relevant interface. A selected country reflects profile choice and does not certify nationality.

We may take proportionate anti-cheating measures against fabricated scores, multi-account abuse, exploitation of guest limits, automated requests or payment fraud. Errors may be investigated, corrected and appealed by contacting support. Legitimately purchased entitlements and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

6. BID$ and digital cosmetics

BID$ are closed-loop in-game virtual units, not legal tender, deposits, e-money, cryptocurrency or financial assets. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred for cash value or redeemed outside the Service. We may award BID$ for eligible gameplay and sell specified BID$ packages. Players may spend them on eligible in-game cosmetics or other disclosed digital benefits. Purchased and earned BID$ may be tracked separately when needed to handle refunds or legal requirements.

Virtual badges, avatar frames, garage items and similar goods grant a limited personal, nontransferable right to use them within the Service. They do not transfer ownership of intellectual property. We will not arbitrarily remove lawfully purchased, usable digital entitlements; where changes are necessary, statutory consumer remedies apply. Promotional currency may have specific terms displayed at the time of award, but no hidden expiry is imposed on purchased BID$.

No user may use BID$ for real-money betting, and we do not offer cash prizes or cash-out functionality under these Terms. If actual features differ, obtain a separate legal assessment before launch.

7. FREE and PRO features

FREE access may be subject to displayed per-mode or shared session limits. PRO Monthly provides the explicitly listed benefits on a recurring subscription basis. PRO 30-Day Pass gives access for the displayed 30-day term without automatic renewal. Both are digital services; specific included features, limits and current prices appear at checkout and in the account area. A paid subscription does not guarantee additional competitive BID$ rewards or leaderboard advantages, unless expressly and lawfully disclosed.

8. Ordering, prices and payments

Before final confirmation of a purchase, we show the complete price, transaction currency, applicable taxes and charges, product description, delivery timing and any auto-renewal. Where a payment button creates a payment obligation it will be clearly labelled. Payments may be handled by [ACTUAL ENABLED PAYMENT PROVIDERS]. Payment authorization is not proof that the order has completed; digital benefits are credited once the payment provider confirms success. Duplicate payments and payment errors should be reported to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Where local consumer or tax law requires, invoices or payment confirmations will be provided. Currency conversion, if offered, is disclosed at checkout and may be performed by the payment provider or card issuer.

9. PRO Monthly renewals and cancellation

If you buy PRO Monthly, checkout must clearly state that the subscription automatically renews at the stated price and interval until canceled. You can cancel future renewal at any time through Profile → Subscription & Billing → Cancel Subscription or the supported official billing-management portal. Cancellation will ordinarily take effect at the end of the paid period, and PRO features remain available until then, unless mandatory law, a valid refund, or a specified lawful exception requires a different result. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee. The profile should show the actual billing status and next renewal or expiry date. If the cancellation button fails, immediately contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will assist; this does not limit statutory rights.

PRO 30-Day Pass does not auto-renew and needs no recurring-subscription cancellation. Canceling recurring billing is distinct from exercising an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right.

10. Withdrawal, refunds and consumer remedies

EEA consumers: Generally, a distance contract gives consumers a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost when supply begins if the consumer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged losing the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation. The rules for continuously supplied digital services (including subscriptions) can differ; we do not assume that starting PRO immediately always extinguishes the 14-day withdrawal right. Where legally permitted and expressly requested, proportional payment for services supplied before withdrawal may apply. We will provide the correct separate disclosures and any legally required unchecked checkbox/acknowledgment in the checkout flow.

To exercise applicable withdrawal rights, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with an unequivocal statement identifying your order or use the provided withdrawal mechanism where available. Where the law entitles you to a refund, it will be processed within the legally required deadline, generally no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice as applicable. We do not impose a blanket “all digital purchases are non-refundable” policy.

For faulty or undelivered digital content/services, consumers may have statutory rights to delivery, conformity, repair/bringing into conformity, a price reduction or termination and refund. Those rights apply regardless of any voluntary refund policy. See Polish Consumer Rights Act implementing relevant EU requirements, or corresponding law of the consumer's country.

Non-EEA consumers: Statutory cancellation, cooling-off, digital-consumer remedies and refund rights depend on applicable local law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections of your place of habitual residence where those laws apply. Contact support for help.

11. Complaints and support

Send complaints about access, payments, defective digital products, moderation or scores to [SUPPORT EMAIL], with sufficient details and relevant order/session identifiers. We will confirm receipt where appropriate and handle consumer complaints within applicable statutory timelines. Where Polish consumer law requires a response within 14 days, we will meet that deadline. Nothing here limits available courts, regulators, alternative dispute-resolution options or mandatory statutory claims.

12. Acceptable use and content

You must not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape private data, disrupt the Service, circumvent purchase or game limits, impersonate real people, reverse-engineer restricted backend systems in violation of applicable law, upload malicious content, harass others or use the Service illegally. Authorized security research and mandatory rights under law are not restricted by this clause. We may suspend harmful activities in a proportionate manner, with reasons and appeal channels where appropriate. We will not use a suspension clause to avoid refunding entitlements where law requires it.

13. Changes and availability

We may maintain, improve and rebalance the Service. Material changes to a continuously supplied paid digital service will be made only on a valid contractual/legal basis, with advance notice and any termination/refund rights required by applicable law. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but mandatory conformity and service-delivery protections remain in effect.

14. Intellectual property

The Service's original code, game design, text, interface, artwork and other protected materials belong to the Operator or licensors. Names and trademarks of vehicle manufacturers or auction platforms belong to their respective owners. Display of a vehicle image or brand does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement. We must have the necessary rights or lawful grounds to display third-party vehicle photographs and auction data. Users receive a limited, revocable license to access the Service for permitted personal use, subject to applicable law and paid entitlements.

15. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy describes account, game, payment, cookie and analytics processing. Third-party sign-in and payment providers also provide their own terms/notices. We take reasonable security measures and ask users to report suspected unauthorized activity to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

16. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, applicable consumer guarantees, or rights for defective digital services. Any other limitation applies only to the extent allowed by governing law. These Terms do not force consumers to waive mandatory remedies or accept an unfair jurisdiction clause.

17. Applicable law and disputes

The Service is operated by CARSTAR IMPORT Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością from Poland. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Where you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under relevant conflict-of-law rules. Courts and dispute procedures are determined by mandatory applicable rules; consumers are not required to sue exclusively in the Operator's home courts where that would be unlawful. We encourage users to contact support first, but this is not a precondition to exercising legal rights.

18. Country-specific provisions

If the Service is actively directed to users in the EEA, UK, United States or other jurisdictions, additional mandatory consumer, data-protection, tax and digital-service rules may apply. Where necessary, we will publish region-specific supplements and adjust the checkout. These Terms do not claim blanket global legal compliance. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where lawful service provision is not feasible.
